MachineCon 2019 Mumbai Edition wrapped up with extensive knowledge sharing, networking and recognising the best minds in the Indian analytics sector with Analytics100 awards.
Attended by the who’s who of analytics industry, the second edition of the much-awaited invite-only conference was a close-knit affair. Presented by Cartesian Consulting, MachineCon 2019 saw more than 200 data science leaders discussing the latest opportunities and challenges in the data-driven world. The conference was held at Hotel Novotel Juhu, Mumbai, with intensive talk sessions and award ceremony followed by networking dinner.
With the theme ‘Putting Analytics To Work’, there were many talks centred around this theme which were delivered by noted professionals pioneering the analytics field. The day began with an insightful keynote session by Sandeep Mittal, Managing Director and Ramasubramanian (Ramsu) Sundararajan Head of AI Lab at Cartesian Consulting. In their session ‘Look At The Whole Board’, Cartesian Consulting explored the theme of looking beyond the obvious in data-driven business decision making. The conference hosted 10 talks including two panel discussions.
The highlight of the conference was Analytics100 Awards that aims at celebrating and recognising analytics leaders who have done exceptional work in the field across India and Singapore. The Mumbai edition recognised 62 winners, who are experienced professionals with years of experience in building and implementing analytics solutions. The prestigious award was presented by Mugdha Godse, a renowned model and actor. The winners were handpicked by our editors and industry doyens.
