Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data
Ability to handle complex data and generate meaningful business insights
Knowledge of Segmentation, Basic Knowledge of predictive modelling, Traditional and Machine Learning Algorithms

Specialised Analytics Intermediate Analyst

Requirements

Post Graduate in – Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, Statistics, Econometrics, Management Science and related fields
3-5 years of hands-on experience in delivering Analytical solutions, with at least 1 year in Banking Industry
Ability to formulate and explain interactions between product features, offers and customer behaviour using statistical and business-driven methodologies
Proficient in Modeling – OLS, logistics, Segmentation, Decision Trees, Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning (eg: Random Forest, GBM, XGB, CNN)
Experience in financial simulation
Proficient in Formulating Analytical methodology, identifying trends and patterns with data
Experience in gathering data and establishing a proposal or business case in order to present a persuasive case in favour of an observed need for improvement

The candidate will be involved in building big data and batch/real-time analytical solutions that leverage emerging technologies. Additional responsibilities include developing prototypes and proof of concepts for the selected solutions and implementing complex big data projects with a focus on collecting, parsing, managing, analyzing and visualizing large sets of data using multiple platforms.

Requirements

Proficient understanding of distributed computing principles
Experience with integration of data from multiple data sources
Experience processing large amounts of structured and unstructured data
Knowledge of various ETL techniques and frameworks
Good understanding of data mining, machine learning, natural language processing, or information retrieval
